Important Note
- At present, full MNRE subsidy is mainly applicable for individual rooftop systems.
- Group Housing Societies / Apartments generally do NOT receive the same subsidy per flat unless future community solar policy is notified.
- Housing societies can install common-area solar plants (lifts, pumps, lighting) under net-metering or net-billing, usually without direct capital subsidy.
